Direct Home Pros Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: May 1, 2026

1. Service Payments

All completed services are non-refundable.


2. Service Call / Diagnostic Fees

Service call and diagnostic fees are non-refundable once a technician or contractor has been dispatched.


3. Cancellations (One-Time Services)

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance: No fee
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: May be subject to a cancellation fee
  • Missed appointments or denied access: Subject to full service call charge

4. Membership Plans (HomeCare Plans)

Monthly Plans

  • May be canceled at any time
  • No refunds for prior billing periods
  • Services already performed may be billed at standard rates if plan is canceled early

Annual Plans

  • Discounted annual plans are non-refundable after purchase
  • If canceled early, services rendered may be prorated at standard rates

5. Prepaid Services & Bundles

Prepaid packages and service bundles are non-refundable once any portion of the service has been used.


6. Deposits

Deposits for scheduled work or large projects are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.


7. Emergency & After-Hours Services

Emergency service fees are non-refundable once service has been initiated.


8. Satisfaction Issues

If you are not satisfied with a service, you must notify us within 48 hours.

We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue, which may include:

  • Re-service
  • Adjustment
  • Partial credit (at our discretion)

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed through the original payment method and may take several business days depending on the payment provider.
